Production halls

More space and constant modernization guarantee the highest quality in production. Since the foundation of the company, the production areas have been steadily expanded and the production halls have been continuously modernized as a result.

Machinery

Our machinery is continuously expanded and modernized. We use hydraulic and increasingly also fully electric machines. They guarantee a higher repeat accuracy in the process, save energy, emit less heat and are also quieter. They thus offer the highest level of product quality.

Machine sizes from 160 to 1000 kN clamping force allow the production of articles weighing between 0.2 g and 1.5 kg. And with an increasing degree of automation, large series can be produced economically.

Quality, flexibility and adherence to delivery dates are our standards and are put into practice every day. This applies from the first samples to the determination of process parameters on a new vulcanization mould to assembly processes and quality inspections - always carried out by experienced specialists in accordance with VDA standards.

Production technologies

High numbers of cavities are used for the largest quantities. In elastomer production, for example, up to 64 nests are produced in each production cycle.

Multi-component technology can then also be used - with combinations of different elastomer compounds to increase article quality and durability.

With its modern production technologies, the company is able to implement almost any requirement in customer projects with high quality, precision and cost-effectiveness.

Raw materials and material supply

JianXin Zhaos Technology Co. Ltd. manufactures its own specially developed elastomer compounds on three mixing lines. The basis of production is always the best suitable raw material for the respective customer application. All common thermoplastics and elastomers are processed. A wide range of elastomer compounds is offered.
